We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Reach Out to Prospects:
    • Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities.
    • Reach out to potential clients through online channels, emails, and phone calls.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including online and offline visits.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our software solutions and addressing their needs.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs effectively.
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales targets, and pipeline status.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for lead generation.
    • Work closely with the technical team to understand product capabilities and limitations, ensuring accurate representation to clients.

Job Requirement

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Sales Executive in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software products and solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of online sales channels, digital marketing, and offline sales techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
