- Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients through online channels, emails, and phone calls.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including online and offline visits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our software solutions and addressing their needs.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales targets, and pipeline status.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for lead generation.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand product capabilities and limitations, ensuring accurate representation to clients.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Sales Executive in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software products and solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
- Knowledge of online sales channels, digital marketing, and offline sales techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
