Job Description

Apstia is looking for a passionate and organized People Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes. You will assist in streamlining people operations and contribute to building a vibrant company culture.

Job Requirement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events to promote a positive work culture.
  • Assist with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and processing paperwork.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand workforce needs and provide administrative support.
  • Help implement and monitor employee feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, one-on-ones).
  • Support payroll and benefits administration under the guidance of senior HR staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
