Apstia Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Intern to join our dynamic team at our Jaipur office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about design and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of user interface and user experience design. As a UI/UX Intern, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Job Requirement

Design and Development:
- Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new and existing products.
- Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Utilize tools like Photoshop and CorelDraw to create and edit visual elements.
User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Assist in usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
- Analyze and interpret user data to make informed design decisions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the overall design and functionality of our products.
- Continuously improve design skills and knowledge through training and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with design tools such as Photoshop and CorelDraw.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
Basic understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in UI/UX design or related field.
Knowledge of additional design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
